4. Clean and Sanitize - Using carpet cleaners, tile cleaners, we'll finish cleaning and sanitizing to eliminate odor and health risks related to mold.
5. Repairs - Final step is to replace and make any repairs that remain. Replacing drywall and insulation, repairing grout, or replacing baseboards are all final touches that let you return to normal!
